Step one: Complete the team Entry Form (below) & Mail deposit of $900
Step two: Reserve a Tournament sponsored hotel.
Step three: By March 1st, 2012, balance of payment ($1000) for tournament is due
Step four: By April 10th, 2012, complete the online Roster Form
